Tap the Gear Icon on the right-hand side of the page to access Moxie Settings
From this new page, scroll to the bottom and select "Unpair."
Confirm you would like to "Unpair" (Moxie will show a QR code image on its face indicating it is no longer paired)
Pairing Moxie For a New Child
Select CONNECT MOXIE in the middle of your Moxie tab.
Select the NO, RESET MOXIE BACK TO NEW OPTION (Please note: selecting this option will erase all of your child's progress. Make sure you select the correct option during this process.)
Follow the on-screen prompts to show Moxie the QR code once Moxie's face screen is displaying the QR code image.
Restoring Moxie to Past Progress
Select CONNECT MOXIE in the middle of your Moxie tab.
Select the YES option to restore your child's past progress with Moxie.
Follow the on-screen prompts to show Moxie the QR code once Moxie's face screen is displaying the QR code image.
