Unpairing and restoring Moxie is a very simple process! Please follow the steps below to unpair and restore your Moxie via the Moxie tab in your parent app:
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Unpair"
- Confirm you would like to "Unpair" (Moxie should show a QR code scanner on its face screen indicating it is no longer paired)
- Select "Pair" in the upper right corner of your Moxie tab
- Select "Restore" option when confirming to pair with Moxie (If you choose "Pair as New" all of your child's progress will be erased - please make sure you select the correct option during this process)
- Follow the on screen prompts to show Moxie the QR code once Moxie's face screen is displaying the scanner
Moxie may take some time to pair and restore all of your child's progress, please keep Moxie powered on during this process.
