"If I already have a Moxie account in the app, can I create a MoxiePro account using the same email address?"
The same email account cannot be used to create both Moxie and MoxiePro accounts in the Moxie Robot app.
If you’ve already created a regular Moxie account in the Moxie Robot app and would now like to create a MoxiePro account, you can exercise the following options:
Option 1: Use a different email address to create the MoxiePro account.
If you used a gmail address for your Moxie account, you can also use a gmail alias as an alternate email for your MoxiePro account – visit Google’s support site for more information on creating a gmail alias: https://support.google.com/a/answer/33327?hl=en.
Option 2: Deactivate your existing Moxie app account and create a MoxiePro account.
Once you've deactivated your Moxie app account you can create a MoxiePro app account using the same email address.
**IMPORTANT** Deactivating your Moxie app account will erase all of your existing Moxie data and progress. This data cannot be recovered after account deactivation.
If you would like to proceed with account deactivation, follow these steps:
- Log in to your regular Moxie account in the Moxie Robot app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap the pencil icon next to your account name & email address.
- Tap Deactivate Account.
- Type Deactivate in the Deactivate Account field to confirm you want to deactivate your account, then click Deactivate Account.
- Close the app and reopen it. You can now proceed with creating a MoxiePro account in the app.
