Moxie has adjustable volume that can be controlled through the parent app or verbal commands. Please try telling Moxie "Moxie please speak up" or using the parent app by sliding the volume bar to the right in the Moxie tab.
If these two options do not help, please try turning Moxie off waiting for 20 seconds and then turning the robot back on again. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support team at support@embodied.com or by phone at (855) 945-3411.
