We're so sorry you're running into issues with pairing Moxie! Here are a few things you can try:
1) Both the wifi network name and password are case sensitive, so please also double check that your network name has been entered with the correct capitalizations as well.
2) Try adjusting the brightness on your device to see if that helps with the pairing. On some devices it helps to make the screen brighter before showing Moxie the QR code, on other devices it actually helps to turn the brightness down slightly. So I would try both!
3) While showing Moxie your QR code, try slowly moving your phone away from and back toward Moxie's screen a few times.
4) Resetting by turning Moxie off and back on again with the power switch under its base may also help resolve the pairing issue.
