We're so sorry you're running into issues with pairing Moxie! Here are a few things you can try:
1) The Wi-Fi network name and password are case sensitive. Please check that they both have been entered correctly.
2) You can try adjusting the brightness on your device to see if that helps with the pairing. On some devices it helps to make the screen brighter before showing Moxie the QR code, on other devices it actually helps to turn the brightness down slightly. I would try both!
3) While showing Moxie your QR code, try slowly moving your phone away from and back toward Moxie's screen until it scans.
4)Try rebooting by turning Moxie off and back on again with the power switch under its base. Then try the pairing process again.
5) Make sure you have removed the plastic screen protector. If this is still on while trying to pair, Moxie may not be able to scan the QR code clearly.
