Moxie requires a stable internet connection at all times to function. If you are relocating Moxie to a different location, you will need to connect Moxie to a new Wi-Fi network.
Connecting Moxie to a New Wi-Fi Network
- Open the Moxie tab in your Moxie Robot App.
- Scroll down to the Wi-Fi connection section and hit "Change."
- Enter the new Wi-Fi SSID (network name) and password.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to “show” Moxie the QR code and sync with the new Wi-Fi.
Pairing the new Wi-Fi may take a moment, but the app will inform you when Moxie is properly connected to Wi-Fi.
Please note, the Wi-Fi name and password are case sensitive.
