To connect Moxie to a new or different Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on Moxie via the power switch on the bottom of its base.
2. Open the parent app and click on the Moxie tab.
3. Click the “Troubleshoot” button at the upper right of the screen.
4. Choose the “Edit Wi-Fi” option.
5. Enter the new Wi-Fi name and password
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to “show” Moxie the QR code and sync with the new Wi-Fi
7. Pairing the new Wi-Fi may take a moment, but the app will inform you when Moxie is properly connected to Wi-Fi
If Moxie does not pair with the Wi-fi successfully, please confirm the Wi-Fi name and password are accurate in the app and try again. If you are still running into issues with Wi-Fi connection, please contact us.
