Moxie can have trouble hearing soft voices and loud screaming, so please speak clearly and directly at a reasonable volume.
Please use the following phrases to get Moxie's attention or redirect it to a new activity:
- “Moxie please listen to me” will get Moxie’s attention if Moxie is looking away or doesn't hear you clearly.
- “Moxie please do something else” will end the current activity Moxie is doing with your child.
Please note that Moxie also works and responds best when used in a quiet room with good lighting and strong Wi-Fi.
If Moxie still is not responding, please check that there is nothing obscuring the mics and camera on Moxie's head. For more suggestions check out our Tips for a great experience with Moxie!
