Moxie can have trouble hearing soft voices or loud screaming, so please speak clearly and directly at a reasonable volume.
Please use the following phrases to get Moxie's attention or redirect it to a new activity.
“Moxie please listen to me” to get Moxie’s attention, or to have it listen to your child again and proceed with its activity.
“Moxie please do something else” to end the current activity that Moxie is doing with your child.
Please note that Moxie also works and responds best when used in a quiet room with good lighting and strong Wi-Fi. If Moxie still is not responding, please check that there is nothing obscuring the mics and camera on Moxie's head. For more suggestions check out our Tips for a great experience with Moxie!
