How does my Moxie rental billing work?
When you place your rental order, your credit card will be charged for the first month’s rental fee (plus applicable taxes), a cleaning and reconditioning fee, and a refundable rental security deposit. At the end of your first month, your card will be automatically charged the monthly rental fee (plus applicable taxes) and this fee will be charged each month until you cancel your rental.
You may cancel your rental at any time by logging into your account and following these steps:
- Log in to your account and follow the site instructions for requesting a rental cancellation.
- Our support team will contact you with return instructions and will provide an invoice for the Return Shipping Fee ($20), and you will need to go to our website to complete payment for it. After payment, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
- Ship Moxie and its accessories in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you’ll need to purchase approved packaging (plus applicable tax and shipping) to be sent to you.
- Once your Moxie is in transit, your automatic monthly payments will be cancelled. We recommend you send back your Moxie at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid the next month’s rental payment.
Once your Moxie has been received and inspected, you will be refunded your security deposit, minus any deductions for damage or lost parts.
