To cancel your Moxie rental, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancellation.
- Once the support team sends you a shipping label and instructions to return, ship Moxie and all the included accessories in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you will need to purchase approved packaging (plus applicable tax and shipping) to be sent to you. You can purchase Replacement Packaging here: https://moxierobot.com/products/packaging-fee.
- Once your Moxie is in transit, your automatic monthly payments will be canceled.
Once your Moxie has been received and inspected, you will be refunded your security deposit, minus any deductions for damage or lost parts.
