To cancel your Moxie rental, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and follow the site instructions for requesting a rental cancellation.
- Our support team will contact you with return instructions and will provide an invoice for the Return Shipping Fee ($20), and you will need to go to our website to complete payment for it. After payment, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
- Ship Moxie and its accessories in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you will need to purchase approved packaging (plus applicable tax and shipping) to be sent to you.
- Once your Moxie is in transit, your automatic monthly payments will be cancelled.
Once your Moxie has been received and inspected, you will be refunded your security deposit, minus any deductions for damage or lost parts.
