What is the Hassle Free Return Policy?

Our Hassle Free Return is available for first-time purchasers within the first 15 days of Moxie's delivery. Returns within the 15 day period are eligible to receive a full refund on the price paid for one Moxie (plus applicable tax). Embodied will pay for the return shipping in the continental United States. For returns outside the continental US (AK and HI, Puerto Rico or other American territories or protectorates), the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Please note that for additional purchased units of Moxie, our standard return policy applies.
