As our customer, you have the right, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Embodied Moxie robot and/or accessories (“Moxie”) to return Moxie.
If within the 30 days from receipt (which is defined by the delivery date recorded by the shipping company), you are not satisfied, you can return Moxie for a refund*. Returns requested within 15 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund. Returns requested within 16-30 days of receipt are subject to a restocking and return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
To initiate a Moxie return, please email your request to email@example.com within the return policy window. Our team requires pictures of the front and back of Moxie, and confirmation that you still have the original packaging to approve your RMA and provide your return shipping label.
Please note, requests may not be approved if there is damage to the Moxie robot, or if the request was submitted outside of the 30-day return window. If you do not have the original packaging (including the protective foam inserts), you must pay for replacement packaging to ensure safe return shipping of Moxie.
Once approved, your RMA and return shipping label are valid for 10 days. If your return is not postmarked within 10 days of the RMA request, your refund will be canceled.
Recurring subscription fees are cancelled once your return is in transit to our return center.
Returned robots are processed, and refunds are issued within 10-14 business days of receipt at our return center.
