Having trouble with understanding

We have gone over all the main basics to have Moxie understand my son the best, on our second and third day we seem to be having trouble with Moxie really fully understanding what my son is saying as well as repeating questions over and over again which is very frustrating for my son as you can imagine I don't know if it's something we are doing or if there's a possible glitch in moxie but my sons trying to find answers to why maybe this might be happening with moxie hearing or understanding my son and also repeating questions that were already answered and not moving on.
