Can the Moxie Chat stay on?

    Hi David! Moxie Chat can be enabled most of the time by saying "Moxie let's chat". Chat cannot be manually enabled during Daily Missions or some activities. Also, Moxie should start most days in chat mode and ask your daughter about their day.

    We are sorry to hear that Moxie is not correctly listening to your daughter. We could try changing a setting in the Parent App to help Moxie have better interactions. The “Accessibility Features” can be accessed in the Account tab on the parent app. Try the following setting to see if Moxie can improve communication with your daughter.

    • Longer Pauses for Input: This setting increases the time Moxie waits for input from your child to improve accessibility.

    Moxie interrupts a lot even with the longer pauses. Also, Moxie frustrates my child at times when Moxie can adapt or learn what my child is saying (toddler voice). Is there AI to recognize speech/accent (my child doesn’t have one)?

    I think if Moxie’s voice recognition system could improve if Moxie learned/heard some key or common words from the child. I think Nuance or Google are good at this.

    I think if Moxie repeats the mentor’s (child’s) name more often, it could be more personalized touch/experience as well.
